So the epic tale of rbc incompetency is quite long ... And boring. So it started with rbc sending me an email for a pre approved credit card. So they sent me a credit card. I tried to use the credit card. It didn't work. I contacted rbc by phone and they said to visit the nearest branch so I travelled 200 kms to the nearest branch brought my card into the branch and explained the situation to the teller.
