The staff at the RBC in Blind River on Highway 17, have always been very helpful and straight up. The management has done a terrific job.
I used to bank at RBC years ago. Went in to ask about getting a card for my old account. The teller was very nice, but the gentleman who she asked for guidance in my situation who appeared to be her superior was extremely unpleasant and rude. He said I’d need to set up a new account and passive aggressively stated I shouldn’t come in 20 minutes before closing to do something like this.
