I used to bank at RBC years ago. Went in to ask about getting a card for my old account. The teller was very nice, but the gentleman who she asked for guidance in my situation who appeared to be her superior was extremely unpleasant and rude. He said I’d need to set up a new account and passive aggressively stated I shouldn’t come in 20 minutes before closing to do something like this. My wife went to BR Branch to exchange 50 Euro. Not just they did not do this they also told her to turn around and live the branch and do not come back to any RBC.
