Poor customer service. Nobody ever working. Leaving long line ups to the door. Do not recommend and the staff has no idea how to do their job!
I am pleased with this branch. They are helpful and patient with me.
Knowledgeable staff! Sometimes a random middle aged man will give them a hard time and make it difficult, but the staff are always phenomenal.
I was pleased with my RBC service in southern Ontario but in northern Ontario, RBC should send someone up here asap for a serious revamping. I've had nothing but problems since this Spring and am considering, after 25+ yrs with RBC, moving to another bank that is better organized up here.
