Incorrect advice given that interac funds can be recalled when the interact website says they cannot. Declined to assist with an international transfer when 2 pieces of ID + RBC Visa provided. Stated must have client card. I drove 60 km to be rejected this transfer after attempting three times online and receiving system error messages. Digital service is unacceptable and customer facing service did not meet expectations. The teller today that I met ( Natalia), was not pleasant. She didn't listen to me as to regarding depositing a cheque. Fortunately, the teller, beside, pleasantly intervened and had no issue. Natalia dismissed me soon after the transaction. I suggest customers avoid Natalia when banking

Nice people but went to set up new accounts and waited in line to be told I needed to come back in two weeks for next earliest appointment for that service. Be nice if they posted a sign and a note on their website for those of us driving over an hour.
