Public urination, drug use, dumping, etc is an on-going issue at this Dunnville RBC branch property. For 3 YRS, police, local councillors & RBC have all been contacted. Why? Because directly across from this Branch is an art studio where children look out the window and ask what they're doing over there...all summer long.
Absolutely atrocious customer service. I went into this branch today to open a new bank account, and upon asking to open an account, I was told I had to do it over the phone and then come back to finalize it. So that's exactly what I did. Then after getting home, the app refused to verify my photo ID that I had already verified in person. I returned to the branch, only to be met with the most unprofessional and rude teller I've ever personally experienced, her name was Wanda. Why is it so hard to talk to anyone there??? My partner has been a customer with them for over 40 years, she is not keen on computers and doesn't really trust technology. All she was trying to do was get a hold of her home town bank and get her address changed. She also has mobility issues or she would have gone in to the bank and voiced her disappointment to them. What happened to the good old days when people talked to people and not robots. VERY DISAPPOINTED were is your customer service .???
