Professional, accommodating an friendly service
Dunnville location - Heather is extremely rude to elderly customer laughing in his face and antagonizing him whith question to avoid responsibility for not ordering money a few days earlier as per customer request. Trying to shift the blame on elderly customer as if he did not ordered. Personally, I avoided Royal Bank since the late 80's do to scandalous practices at the time.
Terrible customer service at this branch. Someone should inform the front line staff that it isn't their living room, it's a workplace. If you want to chat with someone, please make a date to go for coffee not hold up the line of customers that's waiting while you discuss non banking matters at length. This is not an isolated incident, but happens regularly. Management should offer basic customer service training for their staff.
If you need something done quickly book half your day off because they run at the speed of turtle, grab a coffee and get in line, maybe bring a book
