Why is it so hard to talk to anyone there??? My partner has been a customer with them for over 40 years, she is not keen on computers and doesn't really trust technology. All she was trying to do was get a hold of her home town bank and get her address changed. She also has mobility issues or she would have gone in to the bank and voiced her disappointment to them. What happened to the good old days when people talked to people and not robots. VERY DISAPPOINTED were is your customer service .???
Terrible they messed up my shipping address so now i have to wait another week to get a debit card that actually works unlike the temporary card the give you which doesn't even work
