Horrible customer service at this branch.
I wish this could be 0 stars as these guys have absolutely no customer service at all. I was the victim of a credit card theft. I tried reporting it for two days now and can’t get anyone over there to pick up a phone to help me.
I rang the local branch, and spent 4 minutes talking to a computerized voice that was zero help, then another 5 minutes listening to sales pitch BS.... just will someone answer the phone when it rings!!!
