It is a single ATM unit located inside a RBC lobby in the building. There were a couple of RBC staff on duty in the lobby at the time I was there, but I believe that they are there only to help with ATM-related services, and cannot provide any other bank services. The main entrance to the ATM lobby is blocked due to construction, so the side entrance (inside the building) has to be used - see photos.
Aida helped me to renew my credit card as an international student two consecutive years. She’s the best RBC customer at the front desk I’ve ever seen. I’ve been to a bunch of RBC branches as well as called their phone lines multiple times and I’ve gotten wrong answers that don’t fit my situation most of the time!! But Aida she knows everything and fixes it in seconds. She’s also very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this RBC branch over any other!!
