Worst bank ever, i don't know how this bank is Canada's largest they literally took 2months for delivering my debit card and 4 months for delivering my credit card especially this branch sucks

I had an appointment with a banking advisor and waited for almost an hour. It later became apparent that two banking advisors were engaged in a personal conversation while clients were waiting to be assisted. This was disappointing and felt unprofessional.

I really cannot believe that they are always closed in office time, and sometimes for no reason like they didn’t put notice outside the door to explain why they are closed and when will they open. Like you come 10 times you will find they at least close for 5 times.

Low efficiency, the front desk staff refused to process transactions even though there were still twenty minutes left before they were supposed to leave.

0/10. I was at this branch for a request that wasn’t processed so I had to come in again to follow up. Met Yin the second time and she refused to process the request. She said I’d have to come back on a day the first employee is at work or she’d get them to call me. Are they the only custodian of intellect at the branch? What if they quit, or were fired? The person hasn’t called me by the way. Very inefficient person.
