I booked an appointment on phone, and no one called me. I waited more than 20 minutes and still no call. The bank advisor also ignored all my emails. Totally disappointed with the service and communication.

Naya is wonderful and went above and beyond for me. Other than banking, She helped me work on my resume and applied for jobs, which I ended up getting! She is a great employee with a wealth of knowledge and compassion.
Online you guys said you will be opened on Jan 4th from 9:30am - 5pm. I came around for an in-person transaction and the bank is closed with no information of being closed or when they will be open. Terrible
