Took 5 months to remove a charge on my property. The mortgage was paid off 15 years ago and the charge only came to light when we tried to sell. They were asked 7 times by my solicitor and countless times by myself. They have no contact email address, and only one phone no. answered by advisors. It is not possible to speak to the same person twice, and they refuse to transfer you. Unbelievable!
