I’m writing to share a disappointing experience I had at one of your RBC branches. During a recent visit, I approached the bank teller to deposit a check. From the moment our interaction began, the teller appeared visibly bothered by my request and displayed a dismissive attitude that made the situation uncomfortable. Tant qu'à moi y en mérite même pas u e étoile, très mauvais service pas d'aide de leur part au contraire ils ce contredise demande des confirmations qu'ils est impossible en connaissance de cause et même après des emprunts et 2 prêts hypothécaires sans manquer aucun paiement. Très très mauvais service 🤬🤬🤬🤬
