No staff, slow service, line up, long waiting time, they actually dont care
Gros file, dois attendre au moins 30 min
excellent customer service everytime I go to this RBC branch with or without appointment. Only downside is the 3x15 mins RBC reserved customer parking in front of it are always taken by non-rbc customers (mainly the customers from the shops next to the branch) Already filed a few complaints but never resolved. Which make me always have to find a parking either on the walmart parking side or all the way on the opposite side of the bank. Very frustrating on that point.
