I have to get a money order here once per month, expect to wait an hour in line. It’s always the same.
Under staff. Employees are all in super slow motion. Managers all hide in their room with 1 teller and long line up. Today I deposit USD cash at counter. The teller was trying to reasoning me that my bills are not straight and they may refuse to deposit my cash. The bills are not rolled like garbage. Just fold in half. This teller is basically asking me to iron my bills before going to the bank. I didn't argue with this nonsense. Thank you RBC.
