Service de ....pas moyen de parler à un conseiller de vive voix même avec le numéro indiqué! Très décevant...avoir su! Pas contente du service du tout. Rien à faire avec le temps des gens vous autres?
I have banked with RBC for decades and cannot believe how bad customer service has gotten. It is absolutely impossible to get in contact with anyone at a branch by phone. After being on hold you get someone working from home who is the go between in the conversation and texting the person at the branch. It's ridiculously bad.
