Pas reçu une bonne experience de Waleed le gerant. Jai changer de banque
Horrible bank overrall. For no reason im not able to do any transfers or use any of my card because they froze my account. When asked about it the person at the counter said she can’t do anything and she called somebody and apparently its not the fraud department either that froze it. So now im left with 3 weeks of no bank account. Late for my checks, late on my credit card, cannot pay my bills and cannot close my account. Unless you want this to happen to you, go somewhere else.
DONT GO HERE, instead go to the one on monte paiement WAYYYY better customer service, the elderly white lady named france i think is a disgrace to rbc, when i went there to get a new card she was rude to me and judged me for having a VIP banking account saying i couldn’t pay for it, then got upset when she saw i had 3 accounts which were none of her business, her attitude made me uncomfortable to be there and i left the next time i HAD to go there infront of everyone judged me again saying “thats the lady with all the accoun... read more
Garbage is the word to describe this place
Absolutely disgusted with the elderly white lady workin there. She should be fired I have never received such disgusting treatment because I am english( but can understand French just fine). She is a disgrace to the service industry
