As a client I felt disrespected alot by a woman whom is a supervisor, she start yelling very loudly on her colleague at his office during my appointment and interrupting my appointment, and even though her colleague kept saying a client next to you and you're in my office it's inappropriate, she didn't care at all and kept yelling more and more. Really employers have to apply attitude test before hiring (specifically if you're hiring a supervisor lol)
worst bank ever. where other banks are making transactions easier rbc is still making everything difficult. I requested a student loan from the quebec government while bank like desjardins processing the paperwork is taking 24-48h rbc is taking 21 days. and they lied to me when I deposited the paperwork about telling me 7 to 10 business days to process everything. Rude customer service too.
It was a beautiful experience with sophie she is very welcoming and always smiling.she served us very well
