I have been trying to open a acct for a week. I went 5 times. They needed a former address verification which was on all my documentation. When they finally got it today they did not know where to put it. They were definitely subpar and not motivated to help. I went to Eva Bank and had my acct in 1/2 hour

Since I started with this bank the experience and service has been subpar. Every time I contact customer service or go into a branch, there are low energy people who don’t make me feel valued as a customer. The initial experience was a phone chat from me asking about early direct deposit like most banks provide. I was told that “my deposit would be there when it’s there.” The last two interactions I was made to wait almost 30 minutes so a manager could approve a check written on my account without a $5 fee.
