These guys used to be great. Key phrase, used to be. I ordered a kit from them 2 weeks ago. No updates. Emailed them 9 days after ordering because i had no update. Nothing going to call them but given more recent reviews, and how their website has no recent reviews less than a year old, it seems they’ve fallen off the wagon. Sucks because it was a great service.
Even though all items on my present order were shown as IN STOCK, my order has been sitting on their website as PROCESSING for 11 days. This is unacceptable and is in spite of their claim of rapid shipping. You can not contact them to inquire about the order. They list no email, they do not answer their phone, their voice mail "is not monitored", and the "Contact Tab in the lower right corner" of their web page does not exist. My order has been in processing for 11 days. In all fairness their web site said it could take 3 to 5 days to process the order -- 11 is unacceptable. If I ever get my product I will not do business with them again....
