Excellent welcome, attentive to the demand with suggestions. I need time to decide and they have been flexible and of excellent advice. A pleasure to meet with Dean and Deborah. They market some brands I like. I found with them the products which are really in line with how I imagined my new home. I can t wait to visit their new showroom 😍
Best customer service- both Elodie & Dean are great to deal with ! These guys are really professional, experienced & above all super helpful. Chose a bed & bedside in no time but I needed a fair bit of advice on a difficult to place unit & Elodie spent loads of time via email & video call helping to get the design right. Dean also weighed in when I was getting a bit overwhelmed ! I can really recommend RB12. I've now ordered from them twice & will order from them again before too long I hope.
Special thanks go to Dean and the team - I bought a Peyote dining table with RB12 late last year, a bit sad that it came with shipment damage (2 dents on the edge), it's otherwise a beautiful piece. Dean and the team has been super responsive and professional in handling the case and provided few options to solve the issue. Although not 100% perfect for the purchase experience itself, I am impressed by the customer service and quality of product still.
