From my van to get the interior upholstered. I had done plenty of research and decided RB components was the style I wanted for my vans interior. I called and made an appointment with Jamie. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process. I made an appointment almost a month and a half in advance. Paid the deposit on all of my preinstalled material. I took the RV to get an estimate to build shelves and a water tank. After spending time with them, the estimate they promised never came. Call them, and again, their promise to provide an estimate was never provided. Recently, the EcoFlow power kit they installed malfunctioned. I called them and was promised a return call from Jaime never came. Now, I am stuck with no power for the weekend. Their CS is much to be desired.
