Let me just say that these guys are more than helpful and go above and beyond. I went to them with some questions about installing L track and they have done some work for me in the past on my Sprinter van and are always super helpful and have really nice products. I would highly recommend them.
I have been buying RB Components since 2006. Love their product. However I place and order close to $800.00 for new components work station, cord hangers nothing major like van components. This was being shipped to Hawaii. I paid shipping based on my address. I then received an email doubling the shipping. Canceled the order. If your an internet retailer maybe work with UPS to give proper shipping rates at time of purchase that way there will be no surprises. I just received my ski box from RB and I’m definitely impressed. Fit and finish are excellent. Latches work well and feel like quality. I had a great experience with my purchase. I’d also like to mention that I had called to ask a question and Jamie was very helpful. I feel that he has a true love for what he’s doing. His enthusiasm for van stuff is obvious lol. I would do business again for sure.
Rear door trim kit for the sprinter is not as its pictured. They picture it showing a smooth transition into the side molding. The gap it creates is not even. They said to fill the gap with caulk on top of the upholstery and it should be good! Really, just slab a bunch of sealant on it??? Customer service is not good at all. Part was about $100 out the door tax and shipping and not worth it. They allow me to return it but I have to pay return shipping and the shipping to me and Im getting less than $40 back.
