Initially the experience was excellent. The customer service was great, quick delivery. The quality of the Supreme Comfort Plus Mattress (Medium / Medium Firm) mattress was very comfortable until recently. We have owned the bed for 2.5/3 years. It has started causing significant back pain. I have reached out to Bowie and team, however no response has been received and their phone line is non-operational.
