Whenever I shop in Razzle Dazzle, they greet you which is rare today and everyone is always friendly. In all my years shopping there, I have found them to be very accommodating. So needless to say, I am very surprised if someone has another opinion.
My co-worker and I bought a piano string bracelet for our boss for x-mas. It is beginning to unravel so we attempted to bring it back for an exchange. We were told no even though my co-worker is a regular and has bought numerous items and recommended numerous people to shop there. The owner was very adamant about not allowing us to exchange the bracelet. He insisted that the bracelet was unraveling due to our fault.
