they use to be an ok software with a reasonable fee but now they have so many issues its been a nightmare , definitely considering dropping them
all in all razor sync is not that great. The new version is horrible. THey have constant issues with server and our fleet of techs cannot document notes. we are ready to drop and head on over to service titan
There systems keep on crashing
I gave them a call for my new mobile service business the guy on phone was like we need ur information and card number just for record and money will not be charged until u take the training I didn’t took the training and they charged me $60 for nothing and when I called them they said just we can do is cancel your account but I didn’t open my account. Bad experience
Used to be really good but bugs are creeping in. Right now I'm at the site of a former customer but because of the software's settings, I can't review the work I did last time.
