This is definitely the worst cab company I have ever had to deal with. I had an experience with them one time where the dispatcher sent the cab to what I told them was my destination instead of to my apartment which was where I told them I needed picked up at. I called again an hour later and the dispatcher actually argued with me saying that I told them I needed picked up at the body shop and that they usually don't make multiple trips for one ride.
