I found myself in a difficult situation, but Lyle helped us get a mortgage! We had put a bid on a house we loved, yet the big banks were not lending to anyone. We assumed we would get funding before even placing our bid because of our finances, so we had put a 10k deposit with our bid to show the seller we were serious bidders.
