Bought a Cruzer two years ago and ordered a replacement battery in January. Love the bike, but haven’t been able to ride it since then as there’s some kind of issue with the fuse/battery. Emailed for assistance 5 days ago and no reply. This is not good enough when you’re spending $5k on a bike and $1700 on a new battery. Buy a cheaper option from someone who will back what they sell.
Been dealing with the guys at Rayvolt E-bikes for some time and have always been impressed with the level of service, quality of product and AMAZING E-bikes these guys have on offer. Always happy to send our customers across and have only ever heard good news. Keep up the great work.
