Confused.... and sad I have shopped at Ray's since it arrived and I really enjoy the customer service that I received in most cases - the best Manager I ever encountered was Brian - he made me feel that I was important to the store (as a shopper) kept my loyalty (in spite of the prices) - instead of going out of town - he is now GONE don't know why but bitterly disappointed - not sure what I'll do now.... I might add that I spent ALOT every week in this store.... :-( my rating is difficult as I am very sad that he is gone...... read more
super duper expensive Ok this place is the most expensive low quality market I have ever been too. Since this is the only grocery store in town you have no choice when in a bind but to go here. The next closest grocery store is 15 miles away. They offer specialty market pricing for basic household needs.
Great selection.. Being the only big supermarket in town, Ray's doesn't have much competition for business, but they still manage to maintain great customer service and a large selection of groceries. The produce is always fresh, the baked goods sublime, and they have the best lattes in town! The video rental department even manages to have a great selection of movies in stock.
Freshest salmon When I lived in Cloverdale, I always bought fish at Ray's meat counter -- very fresh and tasty. Ray's is a decent grocery store overall, including the produce and deli sections. Friendly, personable staff, too.
