We attended a showroom sale by Ray’s Estate Sales and won’t be returning. The space was packed wall-to-wall, making it difficult to browse—definitely not accessible—and there was no air conditioning, which made it uncomfortable to be there for more than a few minutes. No stars here at all. I was looking to purchase some jewelry for a fair price. They had a security case for all cosmetic jewelry but any gold jewelry was kept in the seller's pocket until I inquired about precious metals. When He showed me the jewelry, each piece was ridiculously marked up. Obviously he could have placed them in the case where they would have been safe from theft. ALWAYS read your contract. Never allow your leftover items to be used as payment to the estate sales company unless you make those arrangements with them AFTER the sale is over. Ray's sales are priced quite high and he seems to have a lot left at the end. He also has a consignment shop and if you look at his online website he advertises selling items left unsold from previous estate sales.
