Emergency parts needed on the Sunday before Labor Day, late in the afternoon. This was no problem for the super friendly staff. The unexpected stop turned into a very productive shopping experience for me and my wife. We really appreciate the quick help!! Thank you so much!

The two guys I encountered were incredibly nice and very helpful. I don’t think I’ve ever had better customer service.
I brought my off road electric scooter to Ray’s of Midland for a front wheel assembly replacement. They don’t work on scooters. But they took mine in anyway and did a fantastic job! They communicated, and charged me a reasonable price. They had it done in 3 days. Highly recommend!
