The two guys I encountered were incredibly nice and very helpful. I don’t think I’ve ever had better customer service.
I brought my off road electric scooter to Ray’s of Midland for a front wheel assembly replacement. They don’t work on scooters. But they took mine in anyway and did a fantastic job! They communicated, and charged me a reasonable price. They had it done in 3 days. Highly recommend!
The most knowledgeable and friendly staff at any bike shop I’ve been in. I travel for work and I go into any bike shop I find. The lack of even a simple “hello” when you walk in the door is apparent at those other shops. At Ray’s 3 people say “hi” when you walk in. They don’t try to sell you something you don’t need. They truly care about getting you the right bike to fit your budget. Best bike shop anywhere.
My purchase was shipped very quick, I had my QUAT hi-lo in very few days right after my purchase. Very happy with the service!
