Bikes in stock, and not just low end hybrid and townie bikes. Online inventory matches actual stock. Answered the phone promptly and was able to check inventory quickly. Enough employees in store to manage appointments and walk ins. Ray's was able to put together two bikes "same day". The assembly was very good with no safety items overlooked. The staff is aways knowledgable, helpful and friendly. They always seem to stock what i need.
If you haven't been to a bike shop in a while your missing alot on updated bikes. The guys are very knowledgeable.
