Don't buy specialised bikes from this company. Apparently it's normal to struggle to pedal up hills and neither them or manufacturers care. Brand new for $3000 now worth nothing

Love the team at Rays Braybrook! Came in looking for a bike, and was given in depth recommendations that suited my needs. The owner even took the time to teach me how to ride a bike. Would highly recommend visiting, the team are friendly and welcoming!
I got ripped off here a few years back. I paid $200 to get my bike gears fixed.All the guy did was replace the actual gears on the back wheel and adjust the brakes.At the very least,he should have also replaced the derailleur and gear cables.I know for sure,because I had to look it all up on youtube and do it myself to get the job done properly.I had trouble with the gears as soon as I left the store and realised the dishonesty at that point.However, he is very friendly.
