Fantastic service, Excellent pricing, great people. Bike servicing is meticulous, doesn’t try to upsell like a lot of others do. Pricing is sharp. Wouldn’t take my bikes to be serviced or buy new anywhere else.
I paid $200 to get my gears fixed on my old mountain bike.He did a very bad job and I have had nothing but trouble with my gears ever since.Instead of replacing my rear derailleur,he adjusted my brakes which were fine and I could have easily done myself. I think he wants me to come back and keep feeding him money but I actually need my bike fixed.Very upset and never coming back to this place.
Tan the Bike Mechanic is very Honest, and knowledgeable with All Bicycle Brands and most of all with Great sense of humour 😁 he has serviced my Specialized MTB eBike and it’s like NEW again 🤩 very impressed
I don’t really understand what’s the point of the storeguy who asked me, “ “it’s raining, why you want to buy a bike? “. I will buy somewhere else and won’t comeback.——- You weren’t joking(you were trying to joke to someone you just met?) you looked pissed when I enter near closing time and you were busy fixing a bike then. That’s the reason I gave you a hand signal that I’m just looking around. Next time, do not underestimate your future customers.
