Horrible customer service
Stopped by for a quick quote on some exhaust work and was surprised by how less expensive his quote was compared to everyone else. I was even more surprised when he told me to pull my car in the bay and had us back out in less than an hour. He's been in the business for over 40 years so he must be doing something right.

Drove in with a muffler that had just falling off. Replaced the muffler in 30 minutes, great prices and services.

Saved my life Johnny at Raynor's Muffler and Brake diagnosed the problem with my car, ordered a part from Raleigh, and had me back on the road in four hours. Why is that impressive? I was an out of towner driving along the interstate when my car started breaking down. He took my car in when others couldn't, and saved me from having to find a hotel and wait the weekend for the car. Great service, fair price, friendly, and he fixed the car. I'm home in Jacksonville now thanks to him.
