Noah was great! So was ivy at customer care.
We had a great experience shopping for and buying a new mattress. In particular, Chris Goyette seemed to know everything about the various brands, and helped us narrow our search and find the mattress we really wanted. It's a great store, no pressure, lots to look at.
Jordan's Furniture could take a lesson in customer service from R&F. I stopped shopping there after I paid extra for a Jordan's Return Guarantee policy. They had the nerve to charge me a $70 restocking fee for a $130 chair that broke when it fell over on the kitchen floor. I just bought an expensive mattress at R&F and couldn't be more pleased. They delivered it in two days and arrived 15 minutes EARLY to deliver it. WOW!
Loved the furniture in this store . Great selection and quality . We were looking for a couch when we met up with Brian , a true home furnishing consultant . Great guy and very helpful . So we looked around and saw some couches we really liked and Brian explained everything we wanted to know and answered our questions . We will definitely be back because of Brian and the way we were treated . Although we did not purchase our couch yet we did purchase a chair we happened to see while looking around .
