Wildly unprofessional - I was promised my furniture would be delivered by October 18th *at absolute latest* (we had already waited for it for almost a month). On the evening before the 18th, with delivery having been confirmed scheduled for days, I received a text (that I couldn't reply to) that "my order had been delayed".
