Brian Lieb was fantastic. My girlfriend and I entered just looking for a small ottoman for the home office, and we left seriously considering (and most likely will be buying) a brand new mattress, frame, and pillow set. He was extremely knowledgeable on the different options, honest in what was good value for us, and was genuinely personable and kind throughout the process. We look forward to many nights in our new bed!
