My first salesman was Michael Tran and he was fine. Later I came back for more items and had Michelle Plato. Michelle was/is the best! She listened well to the issue at hand, then handled it. R&F, (Farmingdale)it can be difficult to get someone on the phone at times. After 16 years with same living room set, it was time for an upgrade. Walked into Raymour on a Friday afternoon, Albert Gomez was my salesperson. What a pleasant, personable and professional agent. I found a set I liked. Went on to 8 additional stores on route 110, and decided on the set I found with Albert. I showed him a picture of the room I was decorating and he offered insightful ideas. Last minute of transaction of buying a couch it was then clear to.me I was buying a Floor Sample!! Despicable.. and when they delivered it, there was no cover on it in a big dirty old truck!!.. paid top dollar for a floor Sample . Feel deceived n feel treated in an unprofessional way.. I regret trusting them.and being pleasant
