Bought a Stearns & Foster mattress and generic box spring from this R&F store, with the knowledge that the new type of adjustable box spring / metal cage could be modified to be 5” tall or 9” tall. We were very clear we needed the base to be 5” tall. The two small men from the 3rd party delivery company marked-up the ceiling when they tried to shove our old mattress out of the room, and didn't adjust the box spring (which apparently came set-up at 9” however we didn’t realize this until they left). I got the san clemente queen size bed, with the king coil mattress, and the san clement chest. I'm very happy with the product. It's good quality. Not cheap, and not crazy expensive. I paid 3756.53 for all 3. Bed frame, mattress, and chest. With delivery and set up. I live in a small apartment and the queen size fits just right.
My experience of buying furniture from Raymore and Flanigan. I went into the Mechanicsburg's store Saturday Oct 5th 2025 and looked around the store. My wife and I found a sectional we liked and spoke to the salesman Kurt Moore who gladly sold us the sectional and told us the furniture would come in on Oct 14th but no later than Oct 21st 2025. Awful experience with this store so far. I ordered furniture two weeks ago with this store. They stated it would be in for pick up by the following Tuesday. Around noon that Tuesday, I called before coming in to make sure that the pieces were ready for pick up. They said they were not delivered and asked me to come in the following week. Fast forward to today, I call the salesperson directly to ensure the furniture is ready.
