Excellent experience from start to finish! Michael Richards, the furnishing consultant in the Mechanicsburg store, was knowledgeable and helpful, and Luis and Eli, the delivery guys, were quick and professional. The couch is perfect - and it was delivered within one week. Highly recommend!!
The furniture is beautiful and solid! The prices were competitive and the store has great variety to explore. My only advice would be for the staff to be aware, when a person applies for their credit, and it shows a customer's credit is frozen (due to the customer freezing their credit) the customer should not apply again for 30 days. I went home, unfroze my credit and applied 3 days later when I went back to the store and applied again only to be denied based on Comenity's policy.
