I spent a significant amount of money on a sofa that came with six throw pillows. Two of the pillows arrived ripped and looked like they had been sliced with a razor blade. It has now been over a month, and despite spending hours following up and trying to get this resolved, I still do not have replacement pillows or a solution. I’m not someone who normally writes negative reviews, but the fact that a company cannot resolve something as simple as replacing two damaged pillows after more than a month is incredibly frustrating... read more
