I’m writing this review out of sheer frustration and disappointment with Raymour & Flanigan. Despite their motto of creating “satisfied customers,” my experience has been anything but. I recently purchased an item that I realized I did not need. The product was never opened, never used, and remains in its original packaging. We recently brought a 4 bedroom home and had lots of rooms to furnish. We took our time making decisions about what we wanted. We met Jim for our first purchase and keep going back to him each time we move on to furnishing the next room. He is wise, very product knowledgeable, and makes every purchase simple and hassle free. This is my 3rd purchase with him and I am looking forward to returning to him when it’s time to move on to my game room.
