This store is horrible! Customer Service is horrendous. Once you make a purchase they refuse to speak with you! I will NEVER purchase from this store again. Not just this specific location but Raymour & Flanigan in general! I recommend that you go elsewhere!
My wife and I purchased a new bed shortly after my newborn was born. The original delivery was delayed due to the manufacturer not sending all parts ,we were told this was fixed. On October 2nd When they came to assemble the bed in our home my wife overheard the assemblers talk about not having the right tools and just had fighting the screws but they never spoke to us about any concerns. Ed was a terrific salesman that allowed us to really take our time in the decision making process. The scheduling & delivery was on time and the crew who delivered our items were great. Thanks Raymour and we will be back for more once our other rooms are ready for an update!
Don’t purchase from these people. Salespeople are horrible. Customer Service is horrible. I’m canceling my order due to poor Customer Service. NO ONE will speak to me.
