I am extremely disappointed in my last 2 purchases. I've ordered all my furniture in the last 20 yrs from R & F and I'm not sure what has changed in the last couple of years but the co. has gotten worst from the maufacturer to the service dept. The store assoc have been very nice. I purchased a beautiful ivory leather sofa and in 6 months I've had to have it service due to the stiching in the seams breaking off. Service department is horrible! It took me several weeks to get through to someone last fall. Finally, I called the store and was told that they changed computer programs and were having some issues. Someone came out to look at my sofa at 8:30 AM as I was getting the kids out the door for school. They were ordering the parts and would let me know when they arrived.
