Nice sets Raymour and Flanigan has beautiful furniture! Everything is set up so nicely, you can just imagine how nice it will look in your own home. The sales associates are very friendly, and helpful. They show you the different patterns you can get on different peices. The prices are a bit hight, but they do offer financing. And they also deliver, which is a huge benefit. Furniture has a guarantee as well, which is wonderful, esoecially when you have kids, and anything can happen.
sales associates rude My husband and I stopped in one winter day to look for furniture for our new house. The sales woman seemed really nice and friendly except when I started asking different questions about the price and payment options. She would direct her answers to my husband, obvious enough that my husband noticed and commented later on it to me. It didn't take us long to find some things we liked. I was helping a friend, so my opinion didn't matter, although it turns out everything I thought mirrored my friend's thoughts. unsatisfied customer I bought a server table for my dining room. They had to order the piece, I clearly stated i do not want the floor model. But guess what i was delivered? yeah with all the same marks and the unfinished stain job inside. I called the mgr while the delivery guy waited. I got No satisfaction from him. Infact he made me so angry that i had them take the cabinet back and i got a refund. will never do business with sneaky store and then they try to cover it up, my question is, what don't you see??????
Horrible customer service and not good quality Every piece of furniture I have purchased at the store has been defective and is has been an awful experience to have them either fixed or replaced. First my leather couches discolored in less then a year. Second my king sized bed collapsed three times and it turns on the third time they came to exchange the bed instead of fixing it there was a piece missing. After purchase made it was all downhill from there So, I purchased many pieces of furniture from Raymour, my living room bedroom and dining table set. I bought the warranty which is a good thing. The entertainment set was poorly designed in such a way that all the weight of the top piece was weighing down on two small screws so both screws along with pieces of wood just fell apart. Insult to injury The Raymour & Flanigan at Seneca Mall Rte 57 Warners, NY 13164 315-652-3711 Is the worst store on the planet. They sold a friend of mine a sectional couch for a 1,000 bucks. That would have been fine if the couch was not damaged. We were going to load the couch onto my truck when we had noticed that it had a rip in the bottom about 5 inches long.
