I went to the Watchung store to look at mattresses. This location had a very large number of both mainstream and premium brands. Stuart was introduced to me as a mattress expert, and led me through a really efficient and effective process to find the mattress I liked best. I was amazed at the subtle differences between mattresses that I liked in general, and was able to choose one that really felt good to me. Came here to by a full bed set for my very first move out and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly i was attended to by Richard Montalvo. He toured me around all of the different sets, gave me honest reviews and recommendations, and ultimately had me walking out the store within 40 minutes with a brand new bed room set. He was helpful, communicative, kind, concise, and more than welcoming. I couldnt recommend his help enough.
Had a great experience. They honored my protection plan three years later, was able to purchase a larger piece at a discount and apply the balance.
