Sales Reps are great, but the Store Manager and his assistant are terrible. Mute and unreliable.

There was a large amount of options to choose from, the sales reps are extremely knowledgeable of the products but were not pushy or assertive. Great experience.
Thrilled with the insurance coverage we brought on two sofa's we purchased 5 years ago. Because the same sofa"s were no longer available I was given a credit to shop for two more couches. We went to three R & F Stores before I found exactly what we were looking for. We were being helped by the Showroom Manager Kyle Holczer in the Watchung NJ showroom. . He knew his products and helped us find exactly what we were looking for to replace what we had before. Thank you Kyle...............
