Ase 2 años amueble mi casa completa ise una compra de más de 15,000 mi cama esta dañada por bajo mi mesa sele empezo a levantar la capa de encima bino un técnico le tomo fotos y ala hora me yamarom diciendo que lo lamentan que no pueden hacer nada yo aparte page un plan de 5 años de garantía no es posible que no agan nada estoy muy desepsionado porque como compañia grande y conosida tienen que resolver esos problemas asus clientes eso de que lo sienten no es una respuesta
Revising a previous review- originally was upset my wife got talked into buying the platinum protection. Two months later our new table started to bulge above the main supports. Now I feel like an idiot for initially not wanting the coverage. Haven’t got it fixed yet but I can’t imagine it won’t be covered. Will update once it’s resolved.
