Terrible buying experience. Had to make multiple trips to get the whole sectional, could never get any straight answer on when or if the missing piece of the sectional could be delivered or picked up. Every person you talked to gave you different answers. My sister and I were only looking for a mattress and were surprised there any in store to take home that day. But it turned out favorable for us as we were able to get an adjustable base and a mattress and the Labor Day incentives made it worth our visit. Salesman Chris Scaia was very accommodating which we appreciated very much.
Tad was awesome and helped us decide on two living room sets and a new bed without hovering or pressuring us during our visit. Karen was efficient and checking out was pleasant.
