I bought some furniture and refused a piece that didn’t fit have called 5 times over 3 weeks for a refund they say it’s refunded but never do.
They do not warranty manufacture, one year warranty. They’re really good at wasting your time. I walked in with a damage chair those within the warranty., Every service representative was literally hiding from me because they knew it was not a sale finally got one and they told me to go to the back at customer service they would help me out After 30 minutes of waiting. I get to the back customer service area and all they do is give me a phone number. What a waste of time.
Steffanie was amazing she helped us pick 2 couches she was very knowledgeable and kind i highly recommend this place
Disappointing experience. Have gotta a few things from them in the past and then found a couch I loved. I went to the store to place my order and asked the sales associate how to order it to match the configuration that I wanted for the sectional. I specifically asked her this question, as a matter of fact it was my only question I had for her.
