I was disappointed in the delivery people. They arrived on time that I will give them that. I was told by the sales associate that they would take the old mattress away. There was a stain on it. It was not soiled, smelly or dirty. They told me it was Stained and would not take it. I called the store I purchased it from. The person I spoke with told me it’s up to the driver if they want to take it. That was not what I was told when I purchased it. The driver heard me on the phone and then decided to take it!
