I pre -ordered online with an amazing representative. The process was a breeze and the rep was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly.
There is a reason their nickname is paymore shenanigans. I was overcharged by $200 during the president's day sale, which was rectified after i called the salesperson and she blamed the cashier. Upon delivery, the crew refused to dispose of the old mattress as it was too "worn out." Initally I was very happy with my experience at the store but unfortunately I have replaced their 5 to a 2 star rating.
Hubert was very attentive and knowledgeable.
