This has been a horrible experience working with this company. Extremely unprofessional and there seemed to be no source of truth that anyone can reference. I ordered a couch 3 weeks ago and have still not received nor gotten any concern direction on next steps past “we will call you when it becomes in stock” which had not happened. Went to the store to purchase a mattress. The mattress I selected was available online for cheaper. When talking to the store rep, Raymond Jean, he said that I should order through the store since they have the mattress in stock and would hold it for me. I confirmed this with the store manager, George Terranova. He also said he would send the required COI to my apartment building. Maureen was very well prepared for my visit and showed me many options that I never even considered. She meticulously researched everything before I visited with her and was very pleasant !! I will be back !!
had a wonderful experience today with Anthony Alvarez. He helped us find the perfect mattress. He was extremely patient and took his time to listen to what we wanted, all while doing it quickly and efficiently (we were with our baby lol). I recommend asking for him for any purchase, not just mattresses. He really knew what he was talking about.
