Salesperson was awesome
I would like a phone call from headquarters, please. The manager of the Garden City location, who I dealt with on Sunday 5/3 was extremely unprofessional, unhelpful, disrespectful, and outright rude. I'm unimaginably upset with the experience. I expect far better service from a highly regarded company like Raymour! I'm honestly shocked and in disbelief. Please contact me to discuss this matter.
We had an excellent experience with Iman at the Garden City location. He was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to walk us through all of our options, while also giving us the space we needed to discuss everything and make the decision that felt right for us. We definitely recommend asking for Iman!
