I purchased Several items from this store. My furniture was delivered to my home and assembled for me. I am totally satisfied with customer service and I love my furniture. This is my favorite store, in the future if I need to purchase any More furniture I will definitely get my items from this store.
Annoying experience ordering a couch!! Placed order, ordered from KOP and chose to pick it up ourselves. They told us we could pick it up from the Plymouth meeting location after Wednesday the following week (which is the only day they get their shipments in), which worked for us. We said we’d pick up the Monday after that, confirmed with them multiple times, and called before showing up. Drove to Plymouth meeting, and they only had 2/3 of the couch. If I knew it would be this much of a hassle for them to deliver a sofa I never would have ordered. They picked up my damaged sofa and delivered a “new one” … except it wasn’t new, they delivered the same damaged sofa they had picked up a few days earlier re-wrapped in plastic to look new. If you call the store and speak with 3 different people about the same issue, I can guarantee you’ll get 3 different answers.
