I had such a great experience at Raymour & Flanigan. I came in earlier in the week to look around and met Harley who was warm and welcoming. She invited me to look around at my leisure and told me she was available if I had questions. I appreciated not being dogged by a salesperson which I’ve had happen before. I came back a few days later with questions and Harley was knowledgeable about the pieces and services. I felt great about my purchase and my experience.
Staff was friendly and informative but no pressure
Derek was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made the process quick and painless. We look forward to receiving our mattress and adjustable base at the end of the week.
