Doug was very helpful and spent a lot of time with us. He explained the differences between mattresses and encouraged us to test them out. I think we made a good choice.
Rachel is fantastic. Not only was she extremely helpful, but very kind and understanding. She helped me from start to finish and really understood my concerns and wants.
I was greeted at the door but not pushed into a sale...Mary (sales person)was very patient with me. Explained everything I asked about ...I was not talked into any purchases that didn't interest me...But,.be sure to ask whether any extra warranty was put on your order that you didn't ask for... that is an extra cost you may not need nor were asked if you wanted it .I happened to ask for an itemized total cost..That's how I found out about the extra warranty coverage on a mattress that was tallied into the total sale.
Chris and Bob went out of their way to fulfill our purchase - even when we threw in a "twist". Thanks !!
