So far, the service has been appalling. It is easily the worst furniture-buying experience I have ever had, and I have bought a lot of furniture over the years. I ordered 2 chairs, item in stock..should be no prob,em. The first delivery attempt. One chair, the other one somehow missing. I got a text saying the chair would be delivered the following Monday... no delivery, no contact after I waited all day. 1-Star Review – Deeply Disappointed I am extremely frustrated with my recent experience at the Raymour & Flanigan location in Fairfield. We purchased a rug that turned out to be the wrong size, and only after trying to return it did we learn that the store doesn’t accept returns on rugs at all. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE OR THIS COMPANY ABSOLUTELY THE WORST POSSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - HAVE SPENT MONTHS NOW TRYING TO CORRECT AN ISSUE AND THE RECLINERS SENT TO US WERE BROKEN AND CROOKED THE FIRST DAY WE GOT THEM AND WHEN INFORMED THEM OF THE ISSUES, THEY VE DONE ABSOULTELY NOTHING FOR MONTHS.
Eric is the best. Went in after having a MISERABLE experience next door and Eric was friendly, wasnt down our neck. Super knowledgeable and has made me a customer of his whenever I need something going forward. Extra insurance is all in house and not some 3rd party nonsense
