Lemma was great to work with. She was very helpful and knowledgeable of fabrics and durability when we had questions regarding our couch, loveseat, & ottoman.
We were greeted by a friendly salesman who showed us recliners and we appreciated his knowledge of the chairs and effort to find one which met our needs. The purchase and delivery scheduling went well and we were given a written receipt with his business card, something we didn't receive when we checked out a competitor.
