My wife and I just bought a home. Looking to furnish the entire house. Went here on day after Black Friday. Walked around the store twice. Was not greeted once. About 6-8 sales people just standing around talking. Not sure if it’s because we are a young couple and they didn’t take us seriously. I was ready to purchase the entire Skye set- couch, love seat + recliner today, but will no longer shop here. Taking our business to Ashley furniture.
Avoid this company like the plague. Absolutely laziest drivers and company and every time I order from them it's a utter nightmare. The absolute freaking worst company I have ever dealt with
Had our new couch delivered today and couldn’t be happier! The delivery team — Fabian and Melkin — arrived right on time and even got everything set up quickly before the rain started. They were professional, friendly, and efficient, getting everything done before my wife had to leave for work. A big thank you to my wonderful mother-in-law for being so generous and always helping us out. Excellent service all around!
Unlike most other furniture stores, we were greeted by Cheryl (our sales associate) and allowed to walk around browsing different sets without being harassed. When we decided on a couple, Cheryl was happy to assist with any questions. We decided on a specific set ran the numbers and made the sale. Delivery was scheduled for less than a week and was on time, quick and courteous. Cheryl called a few days later to let us know that the unit we purchased was going on sale and that we'd be getting a price adjustment for it.
