Newt Longacre at Raymour & Flanagan on Snyder Rd is the most helpful. Knows so much about every product. He has great customer service skills. We really appreciated his communicating by text & snailmail.
I have ordered and purchased my sofa from the R&F website 6 weeks ago and no one can give me information on its whereabouts. Just know that if you live in one of the States where it says on their website they use a 3rd party delivery service, there’s actually a 4th party delivery service involved. R&F customer service doesn’t know where the couch is, their white glove delivery company Deliveright also doesn’t know where the couch is, but at least they told me the couch should be with the middle company between R&F and them. ... read more
Great merchandise but unacceptable customer service. I highly recommend buying at Boscov's or another furniture store where they put customers first and attend customers needs.
